Eye Chain Conveyor

This is a very common and important special type of mesh belt used in industrial conveying. Because the weaving units (i.e., the mesh holes) of this mesh belt resemble a pair of glasses (with two large round holes connected by the "nose bridge" in the middle), it is named "glasses-type conveying mesh belt" or "glasses-shaped mesh belt". 
Its professional name is usually referred to as "double-pitch roller chain mesh belt", and this name more accurately describes its structural features. 
The spectacle-type conveying mesh belt is a heavy-duty, highly transparent, highly temperature-resistant, and stable-running modular metal conveyor belt. It is an indispensable "artery" in many industrial processes, especially in the food processing and heat treatment industries, perfectly balancing the requirements of structural strength and process functions (such as cleaning, drying, heating, and cooling).

1.Food processing industry:

Nuclear Structure

1. Cross Rod: This is the horizontal metal wire that forms the "nose bridge" part between the "lenses". It is the load-bearing core of the net belt and directly supports the materials.

2. Chain Rod: This is the thicker vertical rod attached to both ends of the net wire. It usually has a bushing and is a key component for the mesh belt to mesh with the transmission sprocket.
3. Chain: Composed of chain rods, bushings and rollers, it runs on the guide rails. It is responsible for transmitting power and bearing the main traction force.
4. Connecting Plate (or Chain Attachment): It is used to firmly connect the net wire and the chain rod together to form a stable whole.

Resistant to high and low temperatures	Usually made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316, 314) or carbon steel, it can withstand extreme temperature environments such as high-temperature heat treatment (such as quenching, tempering, sintering) and rapid freezing (such as frozen food processing).
Good turning performance	By using special curved chain rods and chain wheels, the spectacle-type mesh belt can achieve 180-degree or 90-degree horizontal turns, saving equipment space, reducing transfer points and power units.
Easy maintenance and replacement	With a modular design, when only a part of the mesh wire or chain rod is damaged, only a single wire or chain rod can be replaced instead of the entire mesh belt, reducing maintenance costs.
