1. Explosion-proof Configuration : This is of utmost importance!
    · Explosion-proof motors and electrical control boxes: All electrical components must comply with explosion-proof standards.
    · Electrostatic discharge design: The equipment should have a good grounding device to prevent the accumulation of static electricity.
   · Explosion vent: Set up an explosion vent on the equipment. In case of an explosion, it can direct the pressure release to reduce damage.
   · Spark arrester: In the pneumatic conveying system, install a spark arrester on the pipeline to prevent the spread of sparks.

2. Fully Enclosed Structure: Ensure that the entire conveying path, from the dust collection port of the machine tool to the dust collection bin, is completely sealed with no leakage points.

3. Material Selection: Although not as much as metal debris wear, the box body and key components are still recommended to be made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and does not produce sparks.
4. Integration with Dust Collection System: The sawdust conveyor is usually not the end point; it needs to be connected to the central dust collection system. The discharge port of the conveyor should be directly connected to the dust collection pipeline or bin pump to form a complete processing system.
